Terms of Service
1. General provisions
The website available at pirog.agency is operated by Jędrzej Rogowski, doing business under the Pirog Agency brand, NIP 5833519243 (hereinafter the "Service Provider"). These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website.
2. Nature of the website
The website is informational in nature and presents the services of a marketing agency. The information contained on the website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but merely an invitation to conclude a contract (Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code).
3. Scope of services
The Service Provider provides marketing services, in particular:
- video production (films, reels),
- social media management,
- copywriting,
- advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads),
- building websites, online stores and web applications.
The detailed scope, schedule and remuneration for the services are agreed individually in a separate contract or offer accepted by both parties.
4. Contact form
The website provides a contact form for sending an inquiry. Sending a message is not equivalent to concluding a contract or making a binding offer — the terms of any potential cooperation are agreed individually.
5. Payments
Settlements for services are made on the basis of individual arrangements, offers and invoices (e.g. project fees, monthly retainers, advance payments). The details, deadlines and methods of payment are set out in the contract or offer concluded with the client.
6. Intellectual property
The content, marks, logos, graphics and materials published on the website are protected by law and belong to the Service Provider or are used with the consent of the rights holders. Copying and using them without consent is prohibited.
7. Liability
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the website works correctly and remains available. To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for technical interruptions, errors or damage resulting from using the website in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

9. Governing law
In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, Polish law applies. Any disputes are settled by the court having jurisdiction over the registered seat of the Service Provider, unless mandatory provisions (in particular those on consumer protection) provide otherwise.
10. Final provisions
The Service Provider may amend these Terms of Service for important reasons. The current version is always available on the website, together with the date of the last update.
