1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Jędrzej Rogowski, conducting business under the Pirog Agency brand, NIP 5833519243 (hereinafter the "Controller"). Contact regarding personal data: jedrzej.rogowski@pirog.agency.
2. What data we process
We process the data you provide to us voluntarily through the contact form:
- first and last name,
- email address,
- the content of your message,
- technical data (IP address) — to protect the form against spam and abuse.
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary to respond to your inquiry.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- handling your inquiry and taking steps at your request prior to potentially concluding a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
- the legitimate interest of the Controller: conducting correspondence, ensuring the security of the website and protecting against abuse — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. Data recipients
The data may be entrusted to entities that process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:
- Resend — delivering email messages from the form,
- Vercel — hosting and serving the website.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (including in the USA) — in which case the transfer is carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
5. Retention period
We retain the data from the form for the time necessary to handle your inquiry and any further correspondence, no longer than 12 months from the last contact — unless the law requires a longer period or we agree otherwise with you (e.g. as part of cooperation).
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and obtain a copy of it,
- rectification, erasure or restriction of processing,
- object to processing,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

7. Cookies and analytics
The website does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools or profiling tools. We use only the technical mechanisms necessary for the correct operation of the website and the security of the form.
